A Spirit Portrait is an intuitive painting created from your unique energy. Through my gift of synesthesia, I perceive the colors, sensations, and emotions your body is holding and translate them into art. Each portrait acts as both a diagnosis in color (revealing what’s present) and a roadmap for healing (showing what’s ready to shift).

While I’m trained in therapeutic art and energy work, Spirit Portraits are a spiritual diagnostic tool.
They don’t replace therapy or medical care, but they complement them beautifully by revealing the energetic and emotional roots of what you’ve been feeling.

It begins with a conversation — we tune into what’s happening in your body and life. Then I step into meditation and begin painting what I see and feel.
Colors, textures, and shapes emerge that reflect your inner landscape. You’ll receive a reading and interpretation of your portrait, plus guidance on what your colors are inviting you to release or integrate.

Not at all. Many people come in simply feeling stuck, tired, or “off.” Your portrait often names what words can’t — grief, tension, emotional weight, or a sense of disconnection — and brings it to light so healing can begin.

That’s totally okay. You don’t need to believe in anything specific for this to work. Think of it as a visual reflection of your inner world — a creative, compassionate way to understand what your body and spirit have been trying to say.

Each color carries energy and emotion — like a language of the body. Blue might reveal peace or suppressed emotion. Gold often represents divine wisdom or renewal.
The meanings are personalized, based on what arises in your reading.
The painting becomes your personal color map to refer back to as you heal.
